Movement First Pilates practitioners are all active, outdoor people in their own right with a wealth of sporting activities between them ranging from surfing, snowboarding, swimming and surf-lifesaving to yoga, netball, diving, kayaking, dancing, horse-riding, hockey, cycling, tramping and waka ama.
