French and British-trained registered ACC osteopath, Helena Rasby has practised in Gisborne since 2003. She decided to join the MF Pilates centre in 2016 to follow her own approach to osteopathy, which involves using mainly soft tissue, stretching and articulation techniques.

She practises visceral, cranial and fascial techniques, making general treatment softer and more comfortable.

"As much as I learned a lot with my previous employers, with whom I keep a good relationship, I am excited to work and learn more from our integrated family of Pilates and yoga instructors, and look forward to our combined achievements for people’s long-lasting healing and health. Being a mother of two daughters, I have experience with children and babies. Working for myself enables me to remain an active part of my children and family’s everyday journey."
